The fifth net‑metering project was implemented by Minoan Aroania CEC, a subsidiary of Minoan Energy Community, near the village of Smila in the Regional Unit of Ilia.
It has a capacity of 1100 KW and, since September 2025—when it was connected to the HEDNO grid—it has been providing free electricity to 198 households.
